24 hrs is required to change or cancel your appointment. Please reach out directly to do so by emailing info@organicglowonthego.com or text 416-543-0920. DO NOT REPLY TO AUTOMATED TEXT MESSAGES!!!

If you do NOT receive a confirmation of cancellation your appointment is still active and you will be charged a 50 % FEE of the existing appointment and will be required to provide a credit card in advance and pay  in full prior to rebooking said appointment.

When booking a promotional appointment this must stay where booked or you will lose the promotional price upon rebooking.

NO SHOW appointments will NOT be tolerated and you will not be able to rebook again.

All male clients are required to wear some sort of covering of their genital area.
